everywhere we go, we see things like this.
in the tourist attraction area that we visited,
outside our hotel,
in the university,
in cho gao high school...
whatever it means,
i only recogise the words " REPUBLIC POLYTECHNIC SINGAPORE"
oh! and guess what! we're on TV!!!
on a vietnam news though...
