To keep up with the International Atomic Time , At the end of the 31 December 2008, a leap second will be added to UTC! Wki says that the Atomic Time is based on the notional passage of proper time on Earth's geoid. it says ; "It is the principal realisation of Terrestrial Time, and the basis for Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) which is used for civil timekeeping all over the Earth's surface. " And i was like ... " WTF is all this chimilogy about!?!?! the word "GEOID" is not even in the dictonary!"
